So I was at the Wellness Centre yesterday. They suspect it's a compression of the cyatic nerve that's causing the numbness in my foot. So after some poking and prodding, I was given some stretches and instructions. I will be going back on Thursday. Today I am quite sore and stiff, but there hasn't been too much numbness. Anyhow, I gotta go and ice my back, but I thought I'd share this bit of info.
